Position Description: 

Interior designer (architect preferably)/Architect with a focus on interiors

We are looking for a creative person to design and implement the interiors of our apartments. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from first idea to finished interior, while also excelling in organizational and communication skills. We offer meaningful and creative work that isn't just about paperwork - with us, you'll see results in weeks, not months. And it's a great experience that has a tangible impact right away.

What will be your task: 

• Management and coordination of interior remodeling projects - from design development, through preparation of project documentation to final implementation.

• Working with our team, suppliers and other key partners.

• Overseeing adherence to schedules, budgets and construction standards.

• Managing and ensuring the high quality of the implementation itself.

• Regular control and optimization of the project progress.

What experience and skills we are looking for:

• Sense for interior design, colours and materials, courage for new solutions.

• Strong management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.

• University degree in architecture or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture and project management.

• Demonstrable experience in interior design projects and remodeling.

• Excellent knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign or similar tools.

• Orientation in legislation and standards related to the construction industry.
