Washingtonova is our largest renovation project to date, transforming 32 apartments into a distinctive aparthotel in the heart of Prague. The building offers unmatched views of the National Museum and the State Opera.
As part of the sensitive restoration, we increased the living space by building elegant floors and at the same time discovered the covered historical stucco ceilings, which have been carefully restored. The renovation thus underlined the exceptional character of this house, originally built for a prominent Prague medical family, and restored its prestige and refinement.
