Customer Care Specialist
Are you passionate about making people happy and love a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our growing short-term rental company. As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a fantastic stay.
What you'll do:
- Be the friendly face of our company and answer guest inquiries, handle bookings, and resolve any issues. 
- Make sure our guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay from start to finish. 
- Be a problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure and find creative solutions. 
- Work closely with your team to provide top-notch customer service. 
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English (other languages are a plus!). 
- A genuine passion for helping others and making our guests feel at home. 
- A proactive attitude and a love for finding ways to improve things. 
- Computer savvy and eager to learn new tools and technologies. 
- The ability to stay cool, calm, and collected in busy situations.
